It’s one of the many projects we have going on at the house right now, but it’s such a relief to be finishing the kitchen!
Here’s a before (during deconstruction):

And here’s an after (as I unpack the stored stuff):

It’s going to be so nice to live in our house again! Someday …
Last weekend we met some friends at my parent’s place. It is so much fun to hang out! We had some beautiful kiddos that had a great time out there . . .

I have a gallery up on my Smugmug site.

Ha! I have not kept this sweet little blog going, have I? Here’s an update . . .
- the photography website
- the invitation website
- the website website
- the graphic designer I work with
- G has a new job and he likes it
- we have a puppy – latest photos
- our house is destroyed and on it’s way back to being fixed – le gallerie I think you’ll be able to figure out the password … it’s homey
So – as you can see – we are (and have been) busy. And now this cute little blog is updated!

yes! it’s alive!
I just put up my website. It’s nothing as fancy as it could be. Of course. But it’s up! No more “more to come” jibberish.
I have a lot more work to do.

getting the snowball going . . . I’m all signed up on smugmug.com – the service I’m using to put images online. It’s great – I can customize it all I want (or don’t want). The ONLY catch is that when a visitor uses the checkout or a slideshow function, it jumps to a black and green screen. Two of my not so favorite colors (together). But it’s such a great service to photographer AND client, I’m sure they’ll remedy it sometime.
if you want to sign up with smuggy, you can use me as a reference and save us both some money. Here’s the code: qiVmKlMk6BjOz
working on the studiodetro.com website . . . it’s looking very girly. exciting!
I’m caught between all the web work and set up business work – only photographing a little. Kind of ironic. The image below is of a cedar tree snapped in two. It was hit by a down burst on my parent’s property.
